Have their privacy and confidentiality protected
Access safe, reliable and appropriate supports
Raise concerns, provide feedback or make complaints
Access advocacy, family, nominees or other support people
Be free from abuse, neglect, violence, exploitation and discrimination
Receive supports that are delivered in line with their goals, needs and preferences
Qarah Supports works alongside participants, families, nominees, advocates, support coordinators and support networks to understand each participant’s preferences, communication needs, risks, goals and support requirements.
We are committed to safe, respectful and person-centred service delivery, and to meeting our obligations under the NDIS Practice Standards, the NDIS Code of Conduct and relevant laws and regulations.
