Personal information may include contact details, participant information, NDIS details, support needs, risk information, health-related information, service records, feedback, complaints, incident information and other information relevant to service delivery.

Qarah Supports takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Personal information is handled confidentially and is only used or shared where permitted by law, required for service delivery, required for safety reasons, required with consent, or required to meet legal, regulatory or NDIS provider obligations.
